Yes. We offer valet parking in the parking deck, and street parking is also available throughout the area.

Do you accept reservations?
Yes. Reservations are recommended, especially for weekends and evenings.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, as availability allows. Reservations are highly encouraged.
What is the best time to visit to avoid waiting for walk-ins?
Weeknights and early evenings are typically less crowded. Reservations are highly encouraged.

Do you host group reservations or private events?
Yes. We welcome group dining, private parties, celebrations, corporate events, whatever the occasion.
Do you offer private dining or full-restaurant buyouts?
Yes. Partial or full buyouts are available depending on date, group size, and availability.
Can you host rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, or wedding dinners?
Yes. Ruby Chow's is equipped and experienced in hosting rehearsal dinners, wedding dinners, and receptions, we're happy to help you plan a memorable event.
How do I book a private event or group dinner?
Simply use our Group Dining Form on the website's "Group Dining" page. Please submit your event date, guest count, and request details, and our team will follow up to coordinate the rest.
DRESS CODE & POLICIES
Is there a dress code?
To reflect the elevated, opulent atmosphere of our space, we ask for a smart casual dress code. We kindly ask our guests to refrain from excessively revealing clothing, overly casual clothing, athleisure, gym clothing.
Are kids welcome?
Yes of course! However, our vibe does leans more adult during evening hours.
Are pets allowed?
We love our furry friends, however, pets are permitted on the outdoor patio only.
Can I bring cake or outside food?
