The pork kimchi fried rice at Ruby Chow's was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced with bold, savory flavors and just the right amount of spice from the kimchi. Every bite was packed with flavor, making it one of the standout dishes of the meal, and I'd gladly order it again.

Walnut Shrimp w/ Rice
First of all EVERYTHING here is amazing. We usually order the Basil Chicken, Chicken Curry and Walnut Shrimp. The Walnut Shrimp is top two, and it is NOT number two! Love the atmosphere inside also!

Tried and true. The katsu bun, with an exceptionally crispy piece of pork, slaw and delicious sauce sandwiched in a pillow of goodness is to die for. It is a menu item I'm sure to order once or twice EVERY visit, no matter what. There is nothing sub par on the menu and the staff never misses.

What an amazing experience!! I started with a Thai Tea martini which was phenomenal! Then our table had an order of cucumber salad, wontons, Dan Dan noodles, salmon, beef tallow, pow pow shrimp, calamari, brussel sprouts and the bread service! The honey butter and chili butter with the bread service is divine!! And I DREAM about those Brussel sprouts!! Everything was so packed full of flavor and perfectly balanced. We will absolutely be returning!

5/5 recommend!! Loved Ruby Chows. I enjoyed the dimly lit, speakeasy-esque vibe (the red velvet curtain upon entry took me by surprise, but | liked it)! The craft cocktails were delicious, and every plate that I got was at least a 4/5. The dumplings are a must-try and also, the scallops were cooked to perfection and flavorful. The staff was friendly and even though busy, checked on us regularly. There are 2 floors - the seating is close and cozy. It was a great atmosphere with delicious food.

So delicious. Honestly one of their best dishes. The spices are light but the flavor is deep. The texture is wonderful, crispy on the outside and soft when you bite into it and there's a mild black pepper spice that brings it all together.
